MICHELIN STAR DINING AT ROSSINI'S VELENOSI WINE DINNER

Chef Errico is the creative force behind the celebrated restaurant, Andreina, in Loreto, Italy. Inspired by the traditional flavors of Marche, Chef Errico brings regional Italian cuisine into the 21st century through personal expression and mastery of contemporary techniques to create unforgettable dishes that transport diners into the realm of fantasy.

"My kitchen is the renewal of a rich tradition where the raw materials, carefully selected by me, must be enhanced but not altered. It is a continuous search of authentic dishes that can be updated through the use of new techniques," says the passionate Michelin star chef. 


At Chef Errico’s fabulous 5-course Velenosi Wine Dinner, diners will be welcomed with delightfulamuse-gueule to enjoy with sparkling Passerina Brut. The first course will be Pecorino di fossa flan with artichoke and candied pear complemented by Velenosi Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico. Diners will also enjoy two outstanding game dishes; shrimp, rabbit and yogurt sauce served with Velenosi Brecciarolo Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore, and hare potato gnocchi, sage butter sauce, and blueberry accompanied by Velenosi Roggio del Filare Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore. 

The fourth dish of the evening will be succulent lamb chop with artichokes and saffron sauce paired with Velenosi Ludi Offida DOC Rosso. The memorable Michelin star dining experience will end with Chef Errico’s sublime lemon sorbet and delightful dolce vizi petit four matched with Velenosi Visciole Lacrima di Morro Wild Cherry.    
         

Lunch and evening diners at Rossini’s can discover Chef Errico special à la carte menu with perfectly executed dishes such as mozzarella soup with candied tomatoes and basil ice cream, pasta dishes of spaghetti  with green tomatoes and mussels, and potato gnocchi with caponata and dehydrated aubergines. The exceptional menu also includes crisp mackerel with puffed potatoes, black olives and caper sauce and pan roasted duck breast with wild cherry 'visciole'. A la carte options include pairings of Velenosi wines.
