Executive Chef Andy Yew of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts brings his passion for Singaporean culinary creations to the heart of Bangkok at Shangri-La Hotel’s NEXT2 Café from 7-13 August 2014.
Diners can indulge in Chef Andy’s irresistible iconic local dishes prepared live during this one-week Singaporean Food Promotion. The event features a selection of cold, hot and grilled items, noodles, soups and desserts from live buffet stations. Among the choices are Chili Crab with Fried Buns, Bak Kut Teh, Singapore Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Kaya Toast.
The Singaporean Food Promotion is available for lunch at Bt990 net per person (Monday to Saturday) and Bt 1,850 net per person for dinner and Sunday Brunch on 10 August 2014. On 12 August 2014, diners can enjoy Mother’s Day Brunch featuring Singaporean dishes and delicious international cuisines for Bt 2,288 net per person.
Guest Chef Andy Yew joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 1995. In the past few years, he has helped the company open many top restaurants in Asia. His culinary training background is extensive, covering a range of cuisines. Chef Andy is an expert in kitchen management and menu concept development.
