|Have you injured yourself? Are you suffering from pain, tenderness, swelling, bruising, restricted movement or stiffness?
Practicing sports promotes health and well-being, but these activities can sometimes involve inconveniences, such as sports injuries.
Sports injuries can occur in various contexts, when playing ball sports, running, hiking, etc. Usually, there are several factors involved (e.g., lack of attention or concentration, muscular tension, environmental constraints, excess).
In this free community seminar, we will cover the most common sports injuries starting from sprains and ruptures up to Anterior cruciate ligament injuries (ACL). You will learn how to prevent injuries in the first place, and how to treat them with natural modalities once they occur.
